2 c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
8 Hy-Vee fudge sandwich crème cookies | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed, divided | ||
8 fresh raspberries, garnish |
Directions
- Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions.
- Twist apart layers of each sandwich cookie and discard filling.
- Place cookies in a bag or bowl and crush.
- In each of 8 mini-glasses, layer pudding, crushed cookies, whipped topping, crushed cookies and pudding.
- Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped topping.
- Garnish each with a raspberry.
