1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee mushrooms, drained | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee frozen peas, thawed | ||
2 c. mashed potatoes |
Directions
- Cut chicken into strips. Combine chicken, gravy, mushrooms and peas. Cook over medium heat until hot, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve chicken over mashed potatoes.
- Variation: Instead of potatoes, top with unbaked biscuits. Bake for 25 minutes.
