    1 (17 oz) container Hormel roasted chicken breast with gravy
    1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee mushrooms, drained
    ½ c. Hy-Vee frozen peas, thawed
    2 c. mashed potatoes

    Directions

    1. Cut chicken into strips. Combine chicken, gravy, mushrooms and peas. Cook over medium heat until hot, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    2. Serve chicken over mashed potatoes.
    3. Variation: Instead of potatoes, top with unbaked biscuits. Bake for 25 minutes.
