    1 grapefruit, peeled and juiced

    2 oz. Row vodka
    1 oz. grapefruit Bubly

    Directions

    1. Add jasmine tea bag and grapefruit peels to the top of a table top siphon. Infuse the water with the tea and citrus peels. Turn off heat and allow to cool slightly.

      If you do not have a table top siphon, you can use a coffee maker. Just add the jasmine tea bag and grapefruit peels to a coffee filter and add 2 cups of hot water to the coffee maker. Remove from heat and allow to cools lightly.

    2. Add cucumber slices, 1 oz. grapefruit juice, vodka, and 2-oz. tea infusion to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Double strain into a large cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit Bubly. Garnish with additional cucumber slices and grapefruit peels, if desired.
