½ c. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing | ||
1 c. crushed Hy-Vee ripple potato chips | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Marinate walleye in Italian dressing for 10 minutes. Drain and discard dressing. Place walleye in prepared dish.
- Toss together crushed potato chips and shredded cheese. Sprinkle on top of walleye.
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and fish is firm and opaque.
