    1 lbs. walleye fillets
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing
    1 c. crushed Hy-Vee ripple potato chips
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
    2. Marinate walleye in Italian dressing for 10 minutes. Drain and discard dressing. Place walleye in prepared dish.
    3. Toss together crushed potato chips and shredded cheese. Sprinkle on top of walleye.
    4. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and fish is firm and opaque.
