2 c. uncooked Barilla three-cheese tortellini | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee pepper | ||
½ tsp. curry powder | ||
¼ tsp. ground cumin | ||
2 tbsp. rice vinegar | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
¼ c. chopped Wilson Deli Thin Slice pastrami | ||
½ c. diced celery | ||
1 c. halved seedless red grapes | ||
¼ c. cubed Havarti cheese |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Drain.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, pepper, curry powder, cumin, vinegar and sugar.
- In a large bowl, stir together pasta, mayonnaise mixture, pastrami, celery, grapes and cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
