Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Fold in apples. Pour into an ungreased 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
