1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 tsp. almond extract | ||
1 (12 oz) tub Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed | ||
2 bananas, sliced | ||
1 (6 oz) container raspberries | ||
1 (16 oz) container strawberries, hulled, sliced | ||
1 c. fresh blueberries | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee sliced almonds |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until light and fluffy.
- Stir in whipped topping. Fold in bananas, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. Pour into an ungreased 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with almonds. Cover.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour prior to serving.
