Fruit with Fluffy Malt Dip

1 c. Hy-Vee light whipped topping, thawed | ||
1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee light cream cheese, softened | ||
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream | ||
1 tbsp. malted milk powder | ||
1 medium cantaloupe | ||
1 (16 oz) fresh cut pineapple bowl | ||
1 c. red grapes |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, beat whipped topping, cream cheese, marshmallow cream and malted milk powder until smooth.
- Cut cantaloupe in half and remove seeds. Hollow out each half of the cantaloupe with a melon baller, leaving the shell intact.
- Fill each cantaloupe shell with cantaloupe balls, pineapple chunks and grapes.
- Place dip in the empty pineapple bowl to serve.
