    Things To Grab

    • Medium bowl
    • Large bowl
    • Plastic wrap
    • 15x10x1-inch jellyroll pan
    • Rolling pin

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, mix together warm water, sugar, and salt. Sprinkle yeast on top of warm water and let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.

    2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, Italian seasoning, and garlic and onion powders. Form a well in the center of the flour mixture and slowly mix in yeast mixture and olive oil.

    3. On a lightly floured surface, knead dough, adding additional flour as needed. Knead 8 to 10 minutes or until dough is moderately firm and elastic. Place dough in a large greased bowl. Cover; and let rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.

    4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a 15x10x1-inch jellyroll pan and sprinkle with cornmeal.

    5. Punch down dough. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Using a rolling pin, shape dough into a 15x10-inch rectangle. Fold dough into thirds, place on prepared pan and unfold. Prick dough generously with a fork. Bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven, top with desired pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake 6 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
