Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine orange, kumquats, jalapeno pepper, pineapple, lime juice, cilantro and sugar to make citrus salsa. Cover and refrigerate.
- Meanwhile, prepare fish according to package directions. Serve with citrus salsa.
