2 (4 oz each) fresh halibut steak fillets | ||
½ tbsp. sliced toasted almonds |
Directions
- Combine sprinkles with lemon pepper seasoning, lime juice and honey in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Broil halibut steak fillets 6 to 8 inches from heat, turning once.
- Spread fillets with lemon pepper mixture.
- Broil an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced almonds.
