1 (8 oz) salmon fillet, halved |
Directions
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine sprinkles, lemon pepper, lime juice, water and honey in small bowl. Mix well.
- Broil fillet, skin side up, in grill pan 6 to 8 inches from heat source for 5 minutes.
- Turn fish over and spread with seasoning mixture.
- Broil for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced almonds.
