1 (16 oz) box Hy-Vee farfalle bow tie pasta | ||
½ c. Birdseye frozen carrots | ||
½ c. Birdseye frozen broccoli | ||
½ c. Birdseye frozen peas | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
¼ c. diced red onion | ||
1 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
1 c. light Caesar dressing | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. Cook carrots, broccoli and peas according to package instructions, set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent. Add cooked carrots, broccoli and peas, pasta and dressing. Toss all to coat evenly and heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
