½ c. chopped red bell pepper | ||
2 green onions, finely chopped | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange juice | ||
1 tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine peaches, mango, bell pepper, green onion, orange juice and cilantro. Cover and chill until serving time or up to 24 hours.
- Salsa is great served over fish or chicken and alongside pita chips or ice cream.
