Directions
Unroll pie crust dough on a sheet of parchment paper; roll into a 13-in. round. Ease into prepared pie plate. Trim pie dough so 1/2-in. hangs over the edge. Gently prick bottom and sides of pie dough with a fork. Fold pie dough edges under and crimp.
Whisk together tapioca flour, brown sugar, 2 tsp five-spice seasoning, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Whisk together eggs, coconut milk, milk, melted butter and vanilla in a medium bowl.
Add egg mixture to flour mixture; stir until well combined. Fold in chopped pecans. Pour mixture into the dough-lined pie plate; arrange pecan halves on top.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is slightly set and top is lightly golden brown. Remove from oven; cool completely on a wire cooling rack.
To serve, top with Hy-Vee whipped topping. Garnish with additional five-spice seasoning and drizzle with maple syrup, if desired.
