½ c. Hy-Vee breadcrumbs | ||
¼ tsp. crushed dried thyme | ||
salt and pepper, to taste | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon-style mustard | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
4 (4 oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease ovenproof glass baking dish.
- Combine cheese, breadcrumbs, thyme, salt and pepper on one plate. Combine mustard and oil on second plate.
- Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then in cheese mixture, shaking off excess. Place chicken in prepared baking dish.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tender and no longer pink. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.
