Things To Grab
- Large nonstick skillet
- Metal spatula
- Sharp bread knife
- Heavy foil
Directions
Melt 1 butter disk in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add vegetables, frozen beef steak and steak seasoning packet; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables begin to brown and meat reaches 165 degrees, chopping into small pieces with spatula. Remove from heat.
Cut bread loaf diagonally in a 1-in. crosshatched pattern, cutting three-fourths the way through from top to bottom of loaf.
Place bread on a heavy foil sheet large enough for wrapping loaf; place in large rimmed baking pan. Separate cut bread sections with your fingers and stuff with half of the cheese blend.
Spoon vegetable-meat mixture in between the bread pieces, then stuff with remaining half of cheese.
