Rhubarb Crumb Pie

4 c. chopped rhubarb | ||

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- To make crust, combine 1/2 cup margarine, 1 cup flour and 2 tablespoons sugar. Pat into pie pan.
- Stir together rhubarb, 6 tablespoons flour, 2 cups sugar and egg. Pour into crust.
- Using a fork, stir together 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup flour and 1/3 cup butter. Sprinkle on filling.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 45 minutes, or until top browns.
