Directions
Cut 1½ in. off from the uncoated end of each Pocky stick. Reserve the remaining coated stick pieces of for another used.
Gently place a 1½-in. Pocky stick piece on top of each cupcake for the baton. Twist and curl each cherry snack piece 3 to 4 times and place at the end of the Pocky stick piece on the frosting for the flag.
Garnish with nonpareil sprinkles, if desired.
