2 c. light cranberry juice | ||
2 (15 oz each) cans Hy-Vee pear halves with Splenda, drained | ||
French vanilla whipped topping, thawed, optional |
Directions
- In a large saucepot, bring gelatin, water and cranberry juice to a boil over high heat stirring occasionally until gelatin is dissolved.
- Add pears. Partially cover saucepot with lid. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes.
- Remove pears. Discard liquid.
- Refrigerate pears 1 to 2 hours until cooled. Serve each pear topped with whipped topping if desired.
