¼ c. fat-free sour cream | ||
¼ c. fat free plain Greek yogurt | ||
½ tsp. dry dill weed | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side-down on a well-greased baking sheet. Bake until salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
- When salmon is finished, plate immediately, season with salt and pepper, and top with cucumber-dill sauce.
