Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a 5-by-9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, and 1/2 cup salsa. Spread evenly in prepared loaf pan. Top with remaining 1/4 cup salsa.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
