    2 (8 oz each) pkg Hy-Vee reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
    1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    2 (6 oz each) containers fresh blueberries, divided
    1 (5 oz) frozen Hy-Vee regular pie crust, baked

    Directions

    1. Beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream and lemon juice with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    2. Reserve 1/4 cup blueberries. Gently fold remaining blueberries into cream cheese mixture.
    3. Spoon mixture into pie crust. Top with remaining blueberries. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
