Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken, kidney beans, olives, green onion, salsa and dressing. Mix well.
- Place salad blend and cheese cubes in a large serving bowl. Stir in chicken mixture. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate covered, up to 4 hours.
