    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (3.8 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained
    ¼ c. sliced green onion
    ½ c. Hy-Vee salsa
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee light French dressing
    1 (12 oz) bag Hy-Vee Greener Supreme salad blend
    1 c. Hy-Vee mild cheddar cheese cubes

      Directions

      1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken, kidney beans, olives, green onion, salsa and dressing. Mix well.
      2. Place salad blend and cheese cubes in a large serving bowl. Stir in chicken mixture. Toss gently to coat.
      3. Serve immediately or refrigerate covered, up to 4 hours.
