¾ c. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper | ||
1 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked, shredded | ||
1 (11 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, well drained | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee pineapple tidbits, well drained | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee dried cherries | ||
½ c. chopped green pepper | ||
½ c. chopped celery | ||
2 tbsp. finely chopped red onion | ||
assorted crackers or cocktail bread, optional |
Directions
- Stir together mayonnaise, mustard and pepper in the bottom of a large bowl. Fold in shredded chicken, mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, cherries, green pepper, celery and onion. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
- Serve on crackers or cocktail bread, if desired.
