½ c. Hy-Vee honey | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee cider vinegar | ||
½ tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
½ tsp. cumin | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 lbs. sirloin steak |
Directions
- Pour diced tomatoes into a food processor and process 5 to 10 seconds. Pour into a medium bowl.
- Stir in honey, vinegar, oil, cumin and salt.
- Place steak into marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
- Grill steaks until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center registers 140 degrees for medium-rare, about 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
- Let steaks stand 5 minutes before serving.
