    1 c. Hy-Vee frozen corn, thawed
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 avocado, pitted and peeled
    ½ c. Hy-Vee canned black beans, rinsed and drained
    2 strips Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and crumbled
    Hy-Vee buttermilk ranch dressing

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, top lettuce with corn, tomato, avocado, black beans and bacon. Serve with buttermilk ranch dressing, if desired.
