1 c. Hidden Valley spicy ranch dressing | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee sunflower kernels |
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir together cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and dressing. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
- Stir together cauliflower mixture, mayonnaise, cheese and sunflower seeds. Serve. Refrigerate remaining salad.
