6 oz. Hy-Vee shell macaroni, uncooked | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee ranch dressing | ||
1 medium tomato, chopped | ||
½ c. crumbled cooked bacon | ||
4 oz. sliced deli ham, cut into 1/2-inch strips | ||
4 oz. sliced deli turkey, cut into 1/2-inch strips | ||
½ small red onion, thinly sliced | ||
6 c. spinach leaves |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Rinse with cold water to cool quickly. Drain well.
- Stir together cooled pasta, dressing, tomato, bacon, ham, turkey and onion.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Place spinach on six individual serving plates and top with pasta.
