    6 oz. Hy-Vee shell macaroni, uncooked
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee ranch dressing
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    ½ c. crumbled cooked bacon
    4 oz. sliced deli ham, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    4 oz. sliced deli turkey, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
    6 c. spinach leaves

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
    2. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly. Drain well.
    3. Stir together cooled pasta, dressing, tomato, bacon, ham, turkey and onion.
    4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    5. Place spinach on six individual serving plates and top with pasta.
