Directions
Place a 12-in. cast iron skillet on grill grate over medium-low heat. Add butter; stir until melted. Stir in shallots, garlic and lemon zest. Add green beans; cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring frequently.
Stir in beef rub. Squeeze 2 lemon wedges over beans; sprinkle with chicken rub. Serve with remaining lemon wedges.
