Directions
- Heat oil in sauce pot on low heat with garlic and chile peppers. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Pat cod dry with towel and add to oil. Cook on low heat for 7 to 10 minutes or until the fish has an internal temperature of at least 155 degrees.
- Pat excess oil off fish before serving over the edamame salad.
