¼ c. Hy-Vee Select extra-virgin olive oil | ||
2 tbsp. chopped garlic | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper flakes | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar | ||
¼ c. chopped fresh parsley | ||
Parmesan cheese, if desired |
Directions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain spaghetti; reserve 1/4 cup cooking water.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until garlic is lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in vinegar.
- Add spaghetti, reserved cooking water, parsley and Parmesan cheese, if using, to the skillet. Toss gently. Serve immediately.
