1 (12 oz) package reduced-carb spaghetti, cooked and drained according to package directions | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
1 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
5 c. diced tomatoes | ||
½ tsp. fresh basil | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee chicken broth | ||
5 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Sauté another 3 minutes.
- Add pasta to skillet; toss well. Add chicken broth and stir.
- Toss with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
