    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried basil
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic salt
    12 Flatout multi-grain with flax flatbreads
    1 lemon, zested

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine olive oil, butter, basil and garlic salt. Brush about 1 teaspoon on one side of each flatbread. Sprinkle with lemon zest. Cut into chips, about 20 per flatbread.
    2. Arrange in a single layer on foil-lined baking sheets. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden. Cool chips on wire racks.
