Lemon-Basil Garlic Chips

2 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried basil | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic salt | ||
12 Flatout multi-grain with flax flatbreads | ||
1 lemon, zested |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine olive oil, butter, basil and garlic salt. Brush about 1 teaspoon on one side of each flatbread. Sprinkle with lemon zest. Cut into chips, about 20 per flatbread.
- Arrange in a single layer on foil-lined baking sheets. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden. Cool chips on wire racks.
