2 c. chopped cooked chicken breasts | ||
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup | ||
½ c. mayonnaise | ||
½ c. sour cream | ||
½ c. shredded Cheddar cheese | ||
1 tbsp. lemon juice | ||
3 tbsp. sherry | ||
1 tsp. curry powder | ||
⅓ c. slivered almonds | ||
½ c. crushed Stove Top stuffing crumbs | ||
margarine, if desired |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2-1/2-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place broccoli and chicken in prepared casserole dish.
- Combine soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, sherry and curry powder. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle with almonds and stuffing crumbs. Dot with margarine.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
