Directions
Meanwhile place maple syrup, chili powder, paprika, and salt in a medium pot over medium heat. Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Cook, uncovered, for 2 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Cool slightly for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven; keep warm. Place waffles in a single layer on the same baking sheet. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes or until waffles are toasted and hot.
To assemble, lay three pieces of chicken on top of each waffle, top with another waffle and drizzle with syrup as desired.
