    1 lbs. stew meat
    1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Healthy Recipe cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10.5 oz) can condensed French onion soup
    1 (8 oz) package baby bella mushrooms, quartered
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour
    1 (12 oz) package Hy-Vee medium egg noodles, cooked
    Hy-Vee ground pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. In a slow cooker, combine meat, soups and mushrooms. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
    2. Before serving, stir together sour cream and flour. Stir into meat mixture. Serve over noodles and season with pepper, if desired.
