1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Healthy Recipe cream of mushroom soup | ||
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed French onion soup | ||
1 (8 oz) package baby bella mushrooms, quartered | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour | ||
1 (12 oz) package Hy-Vee medium egg noodles, cooked | ||
Hy-Vee ground pepper, to taste |
Directions
- In a slow cooker, combine meat, soups and mushrooms. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
- Before serving, stir together sour cream and flour. Stir into meat mixture. Serve over noodles and season with pepper, if desired.
