3 c. uncooked Hy-Vee bowtie pasta
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
1 (8 oz) package sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 c. packed baby spinach leaves
⅓ c. Hy-Vee beef broth
½ c. Philadelphia Italian Cheese and Herb Cooking Creme
Hy-Vee salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and spinach and sauté 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in broth and simmer 1 to 2 minutes; stir in cooking crème. Gently stir in cooked pasta to coat.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
