    1 ¼ c. light zesty Italian salad dressing, divided
    1 ¼ lbs. boneless sirloin steak
    1 (10 oz) pkg Dole classic romaine leaves
    1 Vidalia onion, cut into thin wedges and separated
    1 c. sliced roasted red peppers, drained
    8 (8-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas

    Directions

    1. Brush 1/4 cup of salad dressing over steak.
    2. Grill or broil steak until desired doneness. Thinly slice against the grain.
    3. In a large bowl, mix romaine leaves, onion, red peppers and steak. Stir in remaining 1 cup of salad dressing, tossing gently to coat.
    4. Fill each flour tortilla with fajita salad.
