Fish Sandwiches with Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

1 tbsp. sun-dried tomato pesto | ||
4 whole wheat brat buns, split and toasted | ||
Cheddar cheese slices, lettuce leaves and tomato slices, optional |
Directions
- Prepare fish fillets according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl. Spread mixture on brat buns.
- Place fish fillet on bun. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomato, if desired.
