Directions
Meanwhile, stir together kung pao sauce, honey, and remaining 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice seasoning. Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium heat (350 degrees).
Grill pork hcops 15 minutes, turning once halfway through. Brush with sauce mixture. Grill 8 to 10 minutes more or until pork reaches 145 degrees, turning frequently and brushing with additional sauce. Transfer chops to a clean cutting board. Loosely cover with foil; let rest 3 minutes.
To serve, garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Cut each chop horizontally between the bones into 2 pieces.
