2 egg whites
1 ½ c. sugar
¼ c. water
⅛ tsp. salt
¼ c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Directions

  1. Combine egg whites, sugar, water, salt and orange juice concentrate in the top of a double boiler.
  2. Beat 1 minute with electric mixer or rotary beater to combine. Place over boiling water and continue beating until mixture forms stiff peaks (7-8 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat, beat until of spreading consistency.
