    1 (12.5 oz) can Hormel chicken breast in water, drained well
    ½ c. quartered grapes
    ½ c. chopped apple
    ¼ c. diced celery
    1 shallot, finely chopped
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee light salad dressing
    6 Chi Chi's soft taco flour tortillas

    Directions

    1. Combine chicken, grapes, apple, celery, shallot and salad dressing in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    2. Warm tortillas in microwave according to package directions. Divide chicken salad among tortillas, roll, slice in half and serve immediately.
