½ c. chopped apple | ||
¼ c. diced celery | ||
1 shallot, finely chopped | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee light salad dressing | ||
6 Chi Chi's soft taco flour tortillas |
Directions
- Combine chicken, grapes, apple, celery, shallot and salad dressing in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Warm tortillas in microwave according to package directions. Divide chicken salad among tortillas, roll, slice in half and serve immediately.
