1 tbsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning | ||
1 c. Red Flame seedless grapes, halved | ||
½ ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and diced | ||

1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lime juice | ||
10 (6-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee Monterey and Colby Jack shredded cheese, divided |
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Rub chicken breasts with taco seasoning. Grill chicken breasts, turning once, about 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Remove from grill; let sit until cool enough to handle. Cut into thin strips.
- Meanwhile, for fruit salsa, combine grapes, avocado, strawberries and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions. Top tortillas with chicken, cheese and fruit salsa.
