    1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning
    1 c. Red Flame seedless grapes, halved
    ½ ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
    1 c. diced strawberries
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lime juice
    10 (6-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Monterey and Colby Jack shredded cheese, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Rub chicken breasts with taco seasoning. Grill chicken breasts, turning once, about 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Remove from grill; let sit until cool enough to handle. Cut into thin strips.
    2. Meanwhile, for fruit salsa, combine grapes, avocado, strawberries and lime juice in a small bowl.
    3. Warm tortillas according to package directions. Top tortillas with chicken, cheese and fruit salsa.
