Directions
Fluff rice lightly with a fork. Stir in butter and salt.
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp to skillet; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and reach 145 degrees, turning once.
Stir in garlic sauce; continue cooking just until heated through.
Serve shrimp and sauce over rice. Garnish with lemon and finely chopped Italian parsley, if desired.
