¼ c. chopped green bell pepper | ||
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp curry powder | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon | ||
1 tsp. dried ginger | ||
4 Hy-Vee whole wheat hamburger buns, split |
Directions
- Preheat grill.
- Combine beef, onion, bell pepper, curry, cinnamon and ginger in a large bowl.
- Divide meat into 4 parts, and form each into 1/2-inch-thick patties.
- Grill over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, about 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Serve patties on hamburger buns.
