    2 lbs. raw large (26-30 ct) shrimp, peeled, deveined
    1 c. beer, any kind
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper or Hy-Vee chili powder

    Directions

    1. In a resealable bag, combine shrimp and beer. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
    2. Preheat grill to medium-high. Drain shrimp. Season with cayenne pepper or chili powder. Place shrimp in a grill basket.
    3. Grill for 2 minutes. Turn basket. Grill an additional 2 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
