3 Hy-Vee large eggs, hard cooked, peeled and chopped | ||

5 slice(s) low-carbohydrate white bread |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine tuna, celery, eggs, salad dressing and mustard. Mix well.
- Top each slice of bread with 1/2 cup of tuna mixture.
- Serve immediately.
