    1 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
    2 large (12-inch-long, 3-inch-in-diameter) zucchini, chopped
    garlic salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    1 c. water
    8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Combine ground beef, tomato sauce, zucchini, garlic salt, pepper and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender.
    2. Spoon in large boiler-proof casserole. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
    3. Broil until browned.
