2 large (12-inch-long, 3-inch-in-diameter) zucchini, chopped | ||

8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese | ||
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Combine ground beef, tomato sauce, zucchini, garlic salt, pepper and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender.
- Spoon in large boiler-proof casserole. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Broil until browned.
