Pecan-Beer Cookies

½ c. butter, softened | ||
½ c. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend | ||
2 c. flour | ||
½ tsp. baking soda | ||
1 tsp. ground cinnamon | ||
1 ¼ c. beer, at room temperature | ||
¾ c. chopped pecans |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Cut in flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Slowly stir in beer to form soft dough and fold in pecans.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake 13 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
